Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• 15+ years of experience in construction, engineering, project delivery, workforce development, labor relations, talent strategy, government relations, economic development, or a related field.
• Experience building strategic partnerships with customers, industry partners, workforce organizations, government agencies, or labor organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with customers, industry leaders, government officials, workforce boards, schools, labor organizations, and philanthropic partners.
• Create public-private partnership models that expand training capacity and workforce participation.
• Lead teams that support workforce development initiatives around the world.
