Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master’s degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience.
• 15+ years of experience in construction, engineering, project delivery, workforce development, labor relations, talent strategy, government relations.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, industry leaders, government officials, workforce boards, schools, labor organizations, and philanthropic partners.
• Identify and create partnerships that support workforce development and critical skills pipelines.
• Represent Bechtel in workforce groups, industry forums, trade associations, and policy discussions.
• Build partnerships that connect workforce investment with future industry needs and regional growth priorities.
• Develop the workforce partnership strategy, governance, and performance measures.
• Provide leadership updates on partnership activity, market trends, and workforce results.
• Lead teams that support workforce development initiatives around the world.
