Job summary

This role is part-time telework with at least three days of in-person work weekly. You will coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Legal and Risk Management, review commitments and approvals, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's or master's degree and 13–19 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with pricing, contract drafting, and negotiation of change orders.
• Thorough understanding of subcontract formation and flow-down of contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop Contracts scope and plans for the project.
• Supervise subcontracting activities from bid through administration.
• Prepare commercial terms for project documents.
• Coordinate contract execution with Engineering and Construction.
• Review approvals and ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop Subcontract Formation Program aligned with procedures.
• Identify risk in terms and conditions and advise mitigations.
• Collaborate with Legal and Risk Management on bidder exceptions.
