Bechtel Corporation, a global engineering leader, seeks a Director, Head of Partnerships & Transactions to drive power project negotiations and partnerships across the U.S. and beyond.

You will coordinate with Bechtel’s Infrastructure and Manufacturing & Technology teams, reporting to the Head of GPD, and guide development through to construction. The role requires strong deal-making, financial acumen, and travel as needed, with partial in-person attendance three days per week under our telework

Qualifikationen

• Requires bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure/power, including development, investment, financing, and/or partnerships and transactions.
• Prefer JD, MBA, or significant partnerships/transaction experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of development transactions and related agreements.
• Manage strategic partnerships with developers, utilities, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct due diligence and assess viability of potential partnerships and transactions.
• Develop commercial structures, risk allocation, and transaction strategies for opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with development, finance, legal, and EPC teams to advance opportunities.
