Responsibilities

• Lead development, monitoring and communication of enterprise-wide benefits policies, guidelines and programs.
• Identify trends, legislative updates and best practices to keep programs competitive.
• Collaborate with regional People Operations to ensure local compliance.
• Manage benefit renewals, RFPs, cost analysis, and stakeholder proposals.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor partners and onboarding of new vendors.
