Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a part-time telework HR intern to support recruiting, benefits, learning and development, employee relations, HR technology, and payroll logistics. This role is based in the United States and will involve a mix of in-office and remote work, with at least three days per week in person as needed.

You will gain hands-on experience across HR operations while contributing to Bechtel’s global projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year BS degree program in a relevant field.
• Completed at least one year of undergraduate study.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
