Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a Manager, Workforce Planning to lead enterprise demand and capacity planning across operations, talent acquisition, finance and HR. You will translate forecasted demand into workforce requirements, identify gaps, and drive actionable solutions to improve productivity, service levels, and labor economics.

You will collaborate with leaders across regions to balance staffing with business needs, optimize schedules, deploy training, manage overtime, and oversee subcontractor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Progressive experience in workforce planning, operations, or analytics.
• Experience forecasting demand, capacity, staffing and actions across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop rolling 13-week workforce demand and capacity forecasts by division, region, and branch.
• Identify shortages, surpluses, and skill-mix imbalances early.
• Partner with Operations to deploy actions like redeployment, training, and hiring.
• Create dashboards and reports for executives; drive cadence of planning reviews.
• Lead cross-functional governance to align demand, capacity, recruiting, and budgeting.
