Randstad North America is seeking a Workforce Consultant to optimize workforce strategies for clients in manufacturing, logistics, and distribution environments. You will refine processes, drive efficiency, and ensure client satisfaction while aligning talent deployment with agreements and KPIs.

In this role, you will analyze data, present quarterly reviews, and collaborate with senior management to design and implement custom staffing solutions that deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in manufacturing, logistics, or contact centers.
Experience in workforce management and optimization.
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; master level education valued.

Responsibilities

Develop workforce optimization strategies aligned with client goals.
Consult on process redesign to improve scheduling and efficiency.
Maintain client satisfaction through regular discovery sessions.
Oversee deployment to meet client and talent agreements and 100% fill.
Analyze data with workforce analytics to drive ROI.
Deliver quarterly business reviews with KPI analysis.
Support sales by designing custom solutions and project management.
