Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a senior leader to guide an international sub-unit within Extended Workforce Solutions, partnering with Alphabet-level executives on critical priorities. You will drive implementation mechanisms across the enterprise and oversee a high-performing team across multiple countries, balancing risk and innovation.

You will work with Go-to-Market and other VP teams to ensure scalable, cost-effective vendor management, continuous improvement, and alignment on strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory.
• 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought partner to core Extended Workforce Solutions leaders, advising on directions and operating models.
• Lead, empower, and enable the team with clear plans, goals, and removal of roadblocks.
• Engage with executive leaders across multiple organizations to align on initiatives and implement changes.
• Facilitate well-run operations with regular reviews focusing on key success metrics.
