CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Workforce Optimization Manager to shape workforce strategies and oversee end-to-end optimization initiatives. You will partner with leaders across Government Affairs, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Communications, and HR to align resources and mitigate risk while guiding enterprise-wide policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience, preferably as HR Business Partner or equivalent.
• Excellent consulting, influencing, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of full cycle workforce optimization activities including restructuring and employment law.
• Familiarity with WARN, OWBPA, EEO Title VII, ERISA, and Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, agile environment with attention to detail.
• Ability to partner with technology teams for system enhancements.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project management for workforce optimization initiatives, managing evolving requirements and stakeholder inputs.
• Partner with Government Affairs, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Communications, and HR to scope work and align resources.
• Serve as an enterprise-wide strategic advisor to leaders at all levels with guidance in complex and high-impact scenarios.
• Evaluate current capabilities against future needs, identify skill gaps, and propose workforce solutions.
• Leverage data to identify risks and provide insights to inform design and talent decisions.
• Lead process improvements for severance administration technology and ensure compliant, reliable outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and company policies.
