Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college and four years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of administrative policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
• Clear written and oral communication; ability to train others and provide lead work direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the Provost’s Office and associated units.
• Develop office procedures and staff manuals.
• Oversee staff, student, and temporary employee hiring processes and procedures.
• Advise management on resolving operational issues and evaluating policies.
