Job summary

Computacenter is looking for a Workforce Manager to lead end-to-end workforce strategy and operational execution for a large-scale Rapid Data Center Deployment program across multiple U.S. sites.

You will forecast demand, allocate resources, and ensure field readiness aligned with project timelines and customer SLAs. You will oversee day-to-day scheduling, onboarding, and connectivity with staffing partners, while maintaining governance and risk mitigation for labor relations and overtime

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, operations or HR.
• 5+ years in workforce planning, resource management or data center operations.
• Demonstrated experience working with union or represented workforces.
• Ability to model complex resource demand against volatile project schedules.
• Strong ability to navigate matrixed organizations and brief executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end workforce strategy and execution for a large-scale data center deployment program.
• Build demand models translating project timelines into headcount, skills, and locations.
• Oversee day-to-day workforce allocation, scheduling, and onsite deployment across customer sites.
• Manage onboarding readiness, documentation, and system access for staff and partners.
• Establish governance, monitor labor risks, and coordinate with unions and subcontractors.
• Define and report on workforce metrics to drive continuous improvement.
