Job summary

Pearce Services is hiring a Headcount & Labor Planning Analyst to optimize staffing, labor costs, and asset planning across a national footprint. You will partner with Operations, Finance, Fleet, and HR to align workforce plans with forecasts and budgets.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates bring 0–3 years in analytics or workforce planning, strong Excel, and experience with BI tools like Power BI, plus excellent communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related business or analytics field.
• 0–3 years in workforce planning, analytics, or related roles.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Analyze headcount across regions, markets, and teams.
• Monitor workforce capacity and forecast staffing needs.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, and Fleet on planning.
• Develop workforce reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Support budget and forecast alignment with labor plans.
