Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of experience, or 3 years with a Master’s, or Ph.D with no experience.
• Five years of Operations-related experience in data science, program management, analytics, or related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with experience influencing stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced global environment.
• Strong experience in business analysis, workforce planning, operations analytics, or related analytical role.
• Experience with data profiling, data visualization, dashboard development, and executive-level reporting.
• Strong systems aptitude to leverage business tools and data platforms for forecasting and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Model required headcount by role, competency, region, and location using business systems and forecasting tools.
• Profile and analyze workforce, build plan, process standards, and resource data to identify trends and capacity risks.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to support headcount planning and executive reviews.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools communicating workforce demand and capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on global process requirements and future needs.
• Improve headcount forecasting models by enhancing data quality and reporting consistency.
