Job summary

Pearce is seeking a Manager, Business Operations to drive forecasting, reporting, and performance across revenue, cost, demand, and capacity. You will lead a team of analysts and collaborate with Finance, IT, Fleet, and Data teams to deliver scalable insights for executive decision-making.

You will build dashboards, standardize KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability while guiding strategic initiatives and governance across Operations and Finance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business operations, analytics, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading analysts and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate operational data into executive insights.
• Strong Excel and Power BI proficiency with data modeling.
• Experience with ERP and enterprise planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting, including demand, revenue, and capacity.
• Consolidate revenue, cost, demand, and headcount into single view.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards for executive reporting.
• Lead monthly business reviews and present insights.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Fleet, and Data teams on data integrity.
