Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to ensure the right resources are in the right places to support over 200,000 preventive maintenance and repair jobs annually. You will forecast demand, support workforce planning, and provide actionable insights to improve forecasting accuracy and cost discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in demand planning, operations analytics, financial analysis, supply chain, or similar analytical function.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, formulas, charts).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and medium-term demand forecasts for maintenance and repair demand across regions and services.
• Analyze historical trends, seasonality, and customer demand to improve forecast accuracy.
• Maintain rolling demand forecasts and update plans as conditions change.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to align forecast with staffing and budgets.
• Build dashboards and provide insights for leadership.
