Job summary
Rockwell Automation seeks a Director of Workforce Intelligence & Analytics to lead enterprise workforce analytics strategy and devel op executive insight products. You will connect strategic workforce planning with HR, finance, and business leaders, ensuring data-driven decisions across capacity, skills, and leadership pipelines.
The role partners with HR, Talent Management, and senior leaders, reporting to the VP, Talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, strategic workforce planning, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead workforce intelligence strategy, roadmap, and executive insight agenda.
- Translate business strategy into actionable workforce questions and investment decisions.
- Develop executive narratives and analytics products to support leadership decisions.
- Oversee data quality, governance, privacy, and governance routines for workforce outputs.
- Collaborate with HR Technology, IT, and business leaders on data quality and access.
