Job summary

Arctic Wolf Networks, Inc. seeks a Principal Workforce Strategy and Intelligence Lead to own workforce productivity analytics across the Security Services organization (S2).

You will establish a comprehensive framework to quantify work flows, value realization, and ROI from automation and AI initiatives. The role requires 8+ years in workforce analytics, plus strong SQL/BI skills and experience partnering with Finance and Product.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in workforce management analytics, capacity planning, or task-mix and time-in-motion analysis in a 24x7 environment.
• Experience partnering with Finance and Product to connect operational data to cost and roadmap decisions.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML in analytics, beyond tool familiarity.
• Advanced SQL and BI/analytics tooling fluency with executive-facing dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Establish a workforce intelligence framework quantifying how work flows and value is realized.
• Create a defensible productivity accounting framework covering gross/net savings, capacity creation, and redeployment.
• Develop and maintain a benefits realization framework tracking approved initiatives from projection to realized outcomes.
• Identify gaps between projected and realized outcomes, including demand, adoption, and workflow issues.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to prioritize roadmap investments based on friction and ROI.
• Build measurable feedback loops to verify capacity gains from released capabilities.
