Job summary

Fortive is seeking a leader for Workforce Intelligence and Operating Model to own the employee listening strategy and translate feedback into actionable insights across the enterprise. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong analytics emphasis.
• 8+ years of data analytics experience, preferably in people/workforce analytics.
• Experience managing employee listening or survey programs.

Responsibilities

• Own Fortive's workforce intelligence operating model, including services, governance, and delivery standards.
• Define and deliver a portfolio of workforce intelligence products, insights, and support for Talent Partners and HRBPs.
• Develop scalable methodologies, tools, and self-service resources, including AI-enabled intelligence products and analytical approaches.
