Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking a highly analytical HR Business Partner to join our People team in New York. You will be an advanced expert on HR programs, talent analytics, and employee relations for designated client groups across the network.

Independently manage complex projects, deliver data-backed advisory to leadership, and continuously optimize HR workflows to keep the team fast and focused.

Qualifications

• Specialized Knowledge: Deep conceptual and practical understanding of HR principles, talent analytics, employment law, and organizational design.
• Independent Problem-Solving: Solves sophisticated, non-routine problems by taking a broad perspective to identify and implement creative, scalable solutions.
• Project Leadership: Successfully designs and delivers small-to-large-scale projects from inception to completion with minimal to no supervision.
• High Value Alignment: Consistently demonstrates SA's ETHOS and culture of change agency. Acts with courage, addresses issues directly, and refuses to tiptoe around tough conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Complex People Projects: Oversee, lead, and serve as the primary point of contact for high-impact people programs.
• Deliver Trusted Advisory Expertise: Provide deep HR knowledge to solve operational and employee-relations challenges with data-backed insights.
• Practice Strategic Subtraction: Audit HR workflows and tools; eliminate administrative bloat to keep the team fast and focused.
• Champion High-Velocity Communication: Ensure a 24-hour turnaround on all communications.
