Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking a highly analytical, independent professional to join our People team as a Senior Specialist, People Partner. You will serve as an advanced SME on HR operations, specialized programs, and complex initiatives for designated client groups within the Network Office.

You operate as a premier manager of projects and processes, delivering data-backed guidance to leadership and partners.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of progressive HR experience with specialization in HR program management, complex employee relations, or HR analytics.
• Advanced command of HRIS systems (Workday HCM) and data analytics tools to diagnose organization health.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional HR projects with minimal guidance.
• Strong alignment with SA's ETHOS, change agency, and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead high-impact People programs (compensation cycles, talent reviews, exit trends, engagement surveys).
• Provide deep HR knowledge to solve complex operational and employee-relations challenges with data-backed insights.
• Audit HR workflows and tools, removing redundancies to keep teams fast and focused.
• Communicate timelines and deliverables with a 24-hour turnaround on communications.
• Own gaps and mistakes, pivot quickly toward solutions with accountability.
