Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in Business, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning, analytics, or enterprise transformation within complex organizations.
• Experience with HRIS reporting, workforce planning tools, predictive analytics, and human capital data structures (Workday analytics preferred).
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, data storytelling, and executive influence skills.
• Proven success managing complex stakeholder ecosystems, leading change, and driving adoption at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) for the organization to ensure the right number of people with the right skills are in the right place at the right time.
• Forecast labor demand, start dates, time and attendance, retention/attrition, and labor optimization in near real-time.
• Own enterprise position control and human capital risk analysis, prioritizing headcount across departments.
• Integrate workforce and HR data into a single intelligent ecosystem with enterprise KPI frameworks.
• Provide labor-market intelligence: pay practices, talent supply, and internal equity to attract and retain talent.
• Lead market compensation benchmarking and pay-equity analysis to inform banding, leveling, and annual compensation planning.
• Lead root-cause analysis of high-attrition roles and departments; partner with People Partners on drivers like compensation, workload, and career paths.
• Build abandonment and retention models by role, tenure, location, performance, and compensation band to drive proactive actions.
• Translate attrition and retention insights into concrete recommendations for workforce planning and talent management.
• Report attrition, retention, and workforce-health trends to executive leadership with clear actions.
