Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Director, Strategic Workforce Planning to ensure the organization has the right capacity to meet current and future demand. You will translate forecasts into actionable capacity plans across people, skills, and delivery needs, partnering across HR, Finance, and business leaders.

You will build forecasting models and scenarios, produce regular reports, and drive continuous improvement of planning processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in capacity/workforce/demand planning in a complex org.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience building forecasts, models, or scenarios.
• Strong collaboration across HR, Finance, and business teams.
• Experience preparing leadership reports or dashboards.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop short and long-term capacity plans aligned to demand and delivery commitments.
• Analyze workload, utilization, and demand trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Partner with HR, Finance to align capacity with financial targets.
• Build forecasting models and planning scenarios for decision making.
• Track capacity vs. plan and communicate variances clearly.
• Produce regular capacity reports and insights for leaders.
• Improve capacity planning processes, tools, and data quality.
• Contribute to annual planning, quarterly reviews, and ad hoc analysis.
