Job summary

Reserv is seeking an Operations Lead, Forecasting and Planning to own forecasting of customer claim volume and headcount needs as we scale. You will build and steward forecasting processes, maintain models, and partner with finance, operations, and account management to inform staffing decisions.

You will ensure forecast inputs are accurate, surface insights, and support leadership decisions that shape staffing for hundreds of employees in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in claims forecasting, capacity planning, analytics, finance or operations in insurance.
• Advanced Excel with complex formulas and data integrity checks.
• Ability to own and troubleshoot a complex forecasting model with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets and defensible assumptions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own capacity planning and forecasting for customer programs to meet productivity targets.
• Build scalable processes around forecasting and capacity planning.
• Maintain and evolve the forecasting model and headcount projections.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and prepare forecast outputs.
• Communicate results and recommendations to senior leaders and Directors.
