Qualifications

• 6+ years of Workforce Management experience
• Advanced experience with Verint Workforce Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior leaders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting complex healthcare operations
• Proven ability to develop workforce management processes and strategic recommendations
• Comfort working in evolving environments
• Passion for improving customer and member experiences
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

• Perform short-range and intermediate forecasting for staffing needs using real-time data and demand trends
• Manage daily case assignment and inventory distribution while evaluating workload trends and process effectiveness
• Create reporting for Physician Leadership and Medical Directors; translate workforce data into insights and recommendations
• Administer scheduling and absence management, ensuring policy compliance
• Assess staffing requirements and recommend solutions to meet short- and long-term objectives
• Provide actionable analysis of talent and staffing needs to support strategic goals
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support execution and initiatives
• Make independent decisions on methods and approaches with minimal supervision
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and Humana guidelines
• Monitor and report on key workforce metrics and identify automation opportunities
