Job summary

Parkland Community Health Plan seeks a Workforce Development Program Manager to lead and implement workforce programs, including academic placements, internships, apprenticeships, and grant-funded initiatives at Moody Outpatient Center in Dallas.

Under the Workforce Development Director, you will strategize, develop curricula, manage projects, report outcomes, and build partnerships with schools, community partners, and health system leaders to strengthen internal talent pipelines and external

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Training & Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• Five years of experience in design, development, delivery and evaluation of programs.
• Experience in adult learning design, coaching, and program management.
• Two years of project management experience.
• Health care setting experience and strategic planning preferred.
• People management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partners with internal and external groups to identify opportunities for workforce development and talent growth.
• Gathers requirements from management and employees to tailor training and policy changes.
• Evaluates programs for effectiveness, completion rates, and opportunities for curriculum updates.
• Designs curricula and instructional methods (training, lectures, workshops, etc.).
• Maintains relationships with grant funders and education partners to ensure compliant program operation.
• Tracks success measures and provides monthly status updates to leadership.
• Supports leadership in community relationship building for new program initiatives.
