Job summary

Parkland Health and Hospital System seeks an Education Coordinator in the Care Management department to lead education initiatives and assist with grant development. The role is onsite at Moody Outpatient Center in Dallas, operating Monday–Friday daytime shifts.

Requires a Master's in Social Work or Nursing, Texas licensure (LMSW or RN/compact), and at least two years hospital experience including grant development and staff education. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have MSW or nursing degree.
• Two years hospital-based experience including grant development and staff education.
• Currently licensed LMSW or RN with Texas license/temporary permit/Compact license.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills; grant-development capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate educational offerings for Care Management.
• Educate department staff on trends, practices, and Parkland policies.
• Assist with grant proposals and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
• Collaborate with program directors and managers on education and grants.
