Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's degree in HR, adult education, training & development, business administration or related field.
• Prefer a Master's degree in the same or related field.
• 5 years of program management and coaching experience in healthcare or related setting.
• 2 years of general project management over people and/or programs.
• Experience planning and implementing community-based programs preferred.
• Strategic planning design experience preferred.
• Grant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partners with internal and external groups to build workforce pipeline and internal talent.
• Oversees the Student Placement Program to achieve placement outcomes.
• Develops and executes WD strategy for high-quality Observations experiences for students.
• Supports onboarding for non-student POI and student POI onboarding to yield placements.
• Guides WD team and evaluates OTM programs, emphasizing communications, benchmarking, and reporting.
• Evaluates workforce programs, tracks completion and improvement areas, provides monthly status updates.
• Provides strategic planning for WD's needs and aligns with Parkland's strategic plan.
• Builds community relationships for new initiatives and maintains communications with stakeholders.
• Evaluates processes and policies; leads improvements for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Serves as expert resource for WD managers for documents and communications.
