Job summary

ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, REHABILITATION & REENTRY is seeking an experienced Workforce Training & Education Administrator to provide statewide leadership for workforce development, CTE, and reentry programs. This EXEC level role directs design, implementation, and continuous improvement of pathways preparing incarcerated and reentry individuals for employment and economic mobility.

The position oversees ACI training programs, credentialing initiatives, and SCC services across all

Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in workforce development, employer engagement, or education program management
At least 2 years of experience managing contracts, partnerships, or program implementation
Strong understanding of workforce policy, credentialing, and labor market alignment
Experience working with justice-involved populations or reentry programs

Responsibilities

Develops statewide workforce development strategies for ACI’s training, CTE programs, and Second Chance Centers
Directs delivery of career readiness, credential attainment, work-based learning, and employment services
Establishes partnerships with employers, workforce boards, and educational institutions to meet labor market needs
Oversees budgets, contracts, and data reporting, ensuring compliance and accountability
