Job summary

Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking a Workforce Operations Administrator to drive strategic direction, operational oversight, and workforce development for Arizona Correctional Industries (ACI) across the state. The role focuses on reducing recidivism through real‑world job skills training while maintaining profitable and secure operations.

Qualifications

Requires 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, industrial enterprise, or correctional workforce programs.
Experience in correctional operations and enterprise manufacturing or services.
Ability to lead diverse teams and manage budgets over $25M.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple ACI business units including manufacturing, agricultural, service-based, and joint ventures.
Ensure security, safety, quality, and production standards while integrating offender work programs.
Lead inmate workforce development and partner with colleges and training providers to expand credentials and upskilling.
