Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise workforce participants and community-based work crews.
• Maintain safety and security of participants and work crews.
• Coordinate with Operations managers to align with production schedules.
• Complete reports on incidents and performance.
• Assist participants in gaining credentials and apprenticeship opportunities.
