Signal Centers is seeking a Case Manager to join its innovative workforce development program. You will provide intensive case management for TANF-eligible individuals, helping them become highly trained professionals with long-term employment and benefits.

The role emphasizes direct client support, data-entry accuracy, and collaboration with education, training providers, and employers to overcome barriers and promote job readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field.
• Experience with inner-city families in a case management model or workforce development.
• Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation and insurance per TN requirements.
• Strong organization and data-entry abilities; professional demeanor in the community.

Responsibilities

• Job Coaching to help participants seek permanent employment while continuing education or transitioning to full-time work.
• Follow an intensive case management model with weekly contact among participant, employer, and training entity.
• Provide barrier removal and resource linkage to support employment goals.
• Maintain a caseload of 20-25 participants with accurate notes and data entry.
• Participate in DHS and community resources training; engage in outreach events.
• Assess client skills and barriers to develop personalized career plans.
• Support resume building, interview prep, and job-search strategies.
• Coordinate housing, transportation, childcare access to remove barriers.
