Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC) is seeking a dynamic professional to identify new business opportunities for the Workforce Development Division at West Hills Center. You will build strong client relationships, develop market penetration strategies, and drive revenue growth through training partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in marketing, business or related field and four years of related experience.
• Business and industry experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Occasional travel up to 75% may be required, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet established performance and revenue goals.
• Prospect, negotiate, and close deals within a specified timeframe.
• Provide account management for new and existing business customers, overseeing all aspects of customer contracts.
• Identify training areas and serve as subject matter expert.
• Remain current on innovation and trends within sales area.
• Maintain list of current, industry-relevant instructors.
• Develop business models to analyze deal opportunities and present to VP, Workforce Development.
• Work with Program Development & Design team to ensure demand-driven course development.
• Promote demand-driven workforce model and collaborate with Marketing to develop sales kits.
• Provide weekly reports on sales and client-related activity.
• Attend industry events and conferences as requested.
