Qualifications

• Associate degree or the equivalent proven work experience in a related field.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills, as well as verbal communication; ability to communicate one-on-one, in groups, and for presentations.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to further the workforce development mission.

• Establish strong social networks and relationships to facilitate resource sharing and collective action.
• Promote college-wide programs and services through outreach activities.
• Encourage community members to participate in college programs and services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for community inquiries and support.
