You will apply problem-solving, research, and analysis to assess challenges, evaluate opportunities, and craft recommendations that inform executive decisions. You will work across a portfolio of enterprise initiatives, synthesizing data and stakeholder perspectives into clear strategies while partnering with leaders to shape future

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, internal strategy, or strategic advisory.
• Experience leading analytical workstreams and developing recommendations for executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform strategic analyses addressing workforce and organizational priorities identified by senior leaders.
• Frame complex business challenges and develop structured approaches to evaluate solutions.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate insights for executive decision-making.
• Develop recommendations on workforce strategy, operating model design, and talent topics.
• Synthesize large information into clear executive-level recommendations.
• Conduct benchmarking to identify trends and leading practices.
• Facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders to gather perspectives and build alignment.
• Develop executive presentations and strategic communications for leadership audiences.
• Assess opportunities, risks, and tradeoffs related to workforce and organization.
• Partner across functions to reflect enterprise-wide priorities in recommendations.
• Coach and develop junior team members and foster collaboration.
