Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in a related analytical role required.
• Experience with workforce analytics or workforce planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on workforce trends, including turnover, internal mobility, and vacancy patterns.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports to support leadership decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across workforce reporting outputs.
• Support workforce modeling and scenario planning efforts (e.g., staffing forecasts, supply/demand analysis).
• Assist in building and maintaining forecasting tools and methodologies.
• Interpret model outputs and translate findings into practical insights.
• Synthesize data into clear, actionable workforce insights and recommendations.
• Identify emerging trends and risks impacting workforce stability and performance.
• Support development of presentations and materials for executive audiences.
• Partner with operational leaders to understand business needs and respond to data requests.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches and deliver insights clearly.
