Job summary
Abbott is seeking a Senior Workforce Analyst to inform enterprise workforce decisions through advanced analytics and planning. This remote role supports our Cancer Diagnostics customer service teams and partners with HR, Operations, and Finance to provide data-driven insights, optimize workforce spending, and improve service delivery across business units.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to workforce planning, analytics, or HR analytics.
- Progressive experience in workforce planning, analytics, performance management, or contact center operations.
- Strong experience with KPI development and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive and prescriptive models to forecast workforce needs and operational demand.
- Create scenario analyses to evaluate staffing strategies and budget impacts.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses to quantify variables affecting productivity and headcount.
- Lead annual, quarterly, and long-range workforce planning cycles.
- Translate business projections into workforce requirements and budget recommendations.
- Monitor headcount trends, attrition, hiring velocity, and productivity across functions.
