Job summary

Concord Hospital Health System in Concord, NH is seeking a Workforce Reporting & Analytics Analyst to lead Workday reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision support. You will partner with HR, ITS, Finance, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into accurate, efficient insights.

You will own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle, including data modeling, validation, governance, and performance optimization, delivering executive dashboards and actionable workforce insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.
• 4+ years supporting HR functions (Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, or Workforce Planning).
• Experience designing Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Dashboard reports in Workday.
• Strong ability to analyze large datasets and tell data stories for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain advanced reporting and analytics solutions within Workday.
• Build and optimize Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending, and Dashboard reports to support operational and strategic business needs.
• Develop and maintain complex calculated fields, data transformations, and reporting logic to ensure scalable and reusable reporting solutions.
• Create executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks that provide meaningful workforce insights.
• Support the development and maintenance of Discovery Boards, Dashboards, Worksheets, and other Workday analytics tools.
• Partner with HR, Finance, ITS, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into scalable reporting solutions.
• Consult with leaders to identify opportunities for workforce insights, operational efficiencies, and data-driven decision-making.
