Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in workforce and organizational health planning, product strategy and operations, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee a standardized, tool-based central hub for workforce planning addressing holistic resource composition and capability requirements.
• Advocate the integration of AI, ML, and predictive analytics into the workforce planning ecosystem to provide forward-looking alerts and democratize data access using natural language interfaces.
• Oversee the continuous synchronization of pipeline portfolio demands with actual workforce capacity to ensure the business is optimally staffed to deliver on strategic initiatives.
• Intersect directly with corporate Finance to ensure bottom-up operational capacity plans and utilization rates reconcile seamlessly with top-down budget constraints and forecasts.
• Partner with facilities and real estate management teams to drive the physical footprint strategy and workplace design, ensuring global offices evolve symmetrically with dynamic workforce models.
