Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in workforce and organizational health planning, product strategy and operations, or analytics in a technology company.
Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Responsibilities

Design and lead a standardized hub for workforce planning and capability requirements.
Integrate AI, ML, and analytics into workforce planning with natural language interfaces.
Synchronize pipeline demands with capacity to ensure staffing aligns with strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with Finance to reconcile capacity plans with budgets and forecasts.
Partner with facilities/real-estate to align offices with dynamic workforce models.
