You will own relationships with senior leaders, drive data-driven decisions, and partner with Finance, HR, Real Estate, and Operations to translate plans into actions. This is a high-impact role with equity and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in workforce and organizational health planning, product strategy and operations, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with data and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee a standardized, tool-based central hub for workforce planning addressing holistic resource composition and capability requirements.
• Advocate AI/ML and predictive analytics in workforce planning to provide forward-looking alerts and democratize data access via natural language interfaces.
• Oversee synchronization of portfolio demands with capacity to ensure optimal staffing for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance to reconcile bottom-up plans with top-down budgets and forecasts.
• Partner with Real Estate to drive global footprint strategy and office design aligned with workforce models.
