Job summary

Legend Biotech, based in Bridgewater, NJ, is hiring a Manager, Workday Compensation and Talent to lead the Core/Advanced Compensation, Talent, and Performance modules within HR Operations & Compliance. You will own configuration, testing, releases, and partner with HR and HRIS to provide scalable Workday solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in HRIS/Workday, with 3+ years in Workday Compensation and Talent configuration, plus strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience.
• At least 3+ years hands-on Workday Compensation and Talent configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core/Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, and Talent.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Workday Core/Advanced Compensation, Performance, and Talent modules.
• Lead configuration and support for compensation plans and cycles.
• Manage Workday biannual releases, including testing and adoption.
• Ensure system integrity, security, and scalable solutions.
