Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Scheduler, Work Management in Texas to manage exceptions in project schedules for simple projects. You will plan and load daily work, coordinate with field crews, and adjust plans as conditions change to ensure timely execution.

You will partner with various internal teams, monitor updates across multiple channels, forecast workload, and participate in storm response and outages as required. High school diploma and 0–2 years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and schedules work based on priorities, workload, and resources.
• Ensures schedules are loaded and dispatched; handles same-day adjustments.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to resolve conflicts and prioritize work.
• Monitors schedule updates through radio, phone, and CCS tools.
• Forecasts workload and coordinates with teams for resource planning.
• Coordinates with various departments to support outages and work execution.
• Identifies constraints and recommends scheduling solutions to minimize impacts.
• Contacts customers to resolve issues and update records.
