You will develop and execute territory strategies across the United States, coordinating with Marketing, Product Line Management and Regional Sales to close multi‑product solutions. You will bring a proven hunter mindset, cross‑functional collaboration, and strong executive presence to win new logos

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a matrixed org and ability to drive account strategies.
• Hunter mindset with a track record of opening new logos and new market verticals.
• Collaborative work style to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience using data to manage funnel, cadence, and health in a public company.
• Comfort selling across technical and business stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Ability to position multi‑product hardware/software solutions.
• Executive selling experience with decision-makers and economic buyers.
• Strong understanding of wireless tech and its business impact across verticals.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive named account relationships across hyperscale, wireless, semiconductor, private 5G, NTN, and NEM segments.
• Develop and execute territory strategies across defined regions and named accounts.
• Bring VIAVI resources to advance opportunities from prospecting to contract close.
• Provide voice of the customer feedback to product and business units to improve value proposition.
• Share competitive intelligence to sharpen VIAVI differentiation.
• Track and manage sales funnel, KPI attainment, and ROI-focused outcomes.
• Position complex solutions to both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Maintain executive presence in interactions with customers and multi-disciplinary teams.
