Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Wind Turbine Technical Bid Lead to own the technical analysis of inquiries, RFQs, and tenders, shaping the scope of supply and winning configurations. You will mentor a cross-disciplinary team and coordinate with sales to deliver high-quality proposals.

You will guide risk analysis, cycle-time reduction, and technical issue resolution while building strong relationships with customers’ engineering teams and leading programs from proposal to order release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in power or wind projects, including tender prep or project delivery.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns technical analysis of customer inquiries, RFQs and tenders.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary proposal team to define scope and configuration.
• Support sales with technical negotiation and timely customer responses.
• Mentor team members and drive risk analysis and cycle-time improvements.
• Serve as main technical contact within the commercial operations team.
