Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Controls Systems Integration Leader to translate wind turbine product requirements into controls system requirements and develop controls parameter settings on a global team.

You will drive NPIs and ensure integration across development phases, contributing to reliability and performance of a diversified fleet of turbines. You will work closely with Controls engineers, subsystem teams, Systems Engineering, Product Line Management, and Services to align controls solutions

Qualifications

• Experience developing control systems requirements for wind turbine products.
• Experience leading NPIs and deploying controls solutions across development phases.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and systems engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Product Level Requirements (PLRs) and System Level Requirements (SLRs) for wind turbine controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deploy turbine control parameter sets.
• Lead controls integration activities for New Product Introductions (NPIs).
• Ensure compliance with lifecycle processes, engineering standards, and governance requirements.
• Investigate and resolve product and fleet issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
