Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Web Program Manager to drive the partner web ecosystem. You will translate business needs into clear priorities and manage execution across a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the roadmap aligns with capacity and delivery constraints.

You will lead a small operations group, coach team members, and collaborate with engineering, content, design, and marketing partners to deliver high-impact web programs on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in web/digital environments.
• Proven roadmap planning, capacity modeling, prioritization, and delivery coordination.
• Strong ability to present trade-offs to senior leaders and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage partner web roadmap as a single source of truth and lead quarterly planning.
• Build and maintain a capacity model across authoring, development, and design.
• Own the project intake process and route work into workflows with clear priorities.
• Establish stakeholder communication cadences and surface risks and blockers.
• Coordinate execution across multiple teams for smooth handoffs and governance.
• Manage an operations team of three, including coaching and contractor relations.
