Expedia Group seeks a Business Programs Manager to drive end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Marketplace Operations, Product, and Engineering. You will translate regulatory requirements into scalable processes and align stakeholders to deliver high-visibility programs.

You will partner with Product and Tech to define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and ensure successful execution, while maintaining a strong focus on marketplace trust and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional programs, projects, or process-improvement initiatives.
• Experience owning strategy, roadmaps, and backlog prioritization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery across enablement lanes (Compliance, Marketplace Ops Enablement, Policy Readiness, Model Enablement, Tax Enablement, or Marketplace Hygiene).
• Drive measurable business outcomes for programs led or supported.
• Align stakeholders across Product, Tech, Operations, Finance and Brand on scope, priorities, and milestones.
• Translate regulatory, policy, or trust requirements into actionable business requirements and plans.
• Partner with Product & Tech to define and deliver marketplace enhancements and initiatives.
