Job summary

Castolin Eutectic, a global provider of surface protection solutions, is seeking a Wear Solutions Specialist in the United States. The role focuses on expanding wear-resistant offerings across strategic accounts in mining, power generation, paper and pulp, cement, and steel industries.

You will deliver technical support and develop tailored solutions for end users and OEMs. You will collaborate with the Wear Services team to drive business development, nurture key customer relationships, and

Qualifications

5+ years of wear solutions experience in maintenance, plant management or sales roles.
Solid understanding of surface protection and wear management solutions.
Comfortable communicating with maintenance, engineering and purchasing teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Develop market for wear services in mining, power generation, paper/pulp, cement and steel.
Provide technical and application support to customers and OEMs.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
Identify new prospects and expand existing accounts.
Maintain CRM opportunity pipeline and report progress.
Support proposals and quotations with technical input.
Collaborate cross-region to share best practices and improve approaches.
Contribute to sales volume, revenue targets and gross profit margins.
Represent Castolin Eutectic at events and maintain documentation.
