Job summary

Castolin Eutectic is seeking a Wear Solutions Specialist to expand our wear services within targeted strategic accounts in mining, power generation, paper & pulp, cement, and steel. You will act as a technical liaison, delivering tailored wear-resistant solutions and building strong customer relationships.

The role focuses on market development, collaboration with the Wear Solutions team, and maintaining a proactive pipeline while supporting proposals, quotations, and regional best-practice

Qualifications

• 5+ years in wear solutions within mining, power generation, paper & pulp, cement or steel industries.
• Solid understanding of surface protection and wear management solutions.
• Able to communicate with maintenance, engineering and purchasing personnel in key accounts.
• Knowledge of clients' positions in the industry is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Market development: grow wear services across strategic accounts in defined industries.
• Collaborate with Wear Solutions team to provide technical and application support.
• Engage customers and understand needs to tailor solutions.
• Develop messaging for new client acquisition and existing account expansion.
• Maintain an opportunity pipeline in the CRM.
• Provide technical, design, and product support for wear-related inquiries.
• Share best practices with other regions to improve technical and commercial approaches.
• Aim to achieve sales volumes, revenue targets and improved gross margins.
• Support organizational vision and communicate critical business issues; participate in events.
